GeminiDiamonds.com is proud to offer a “no questions asked” 30-day return
policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return
your purchase in its original condition for a refund or exchange minus
shipping, handling, gift packaging or other charges. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our return procedure.
To return a diamond or jewelry item, follow our simple return process:
- Call 866-550-0894 or
212-719-4861 for a Return Authorization Code. With this code, fill out the
return form enclosed in the original package containing your purchase
- Place all original packaging into
the box, including appraisal certificates, boxes and promotional items. For security reasons, do not write GeminiDiamonds.com or Gemini Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box.

- Send your return
shipment. Be sure to ship your returns fully
insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment
has reached its destination. GeminiDiamonds.com
will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please keep in mind that FedEx and UPS
will only insure up to $500. For
purchases above that amount the US Postal Service should be used to send Registered
Mail™, insured for the full value of the item and request a return
receipt.
Once your item return is received, we will inspect it for any damage or alteration. We will send an e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange request
and issue your refund most often within 15 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact
us no later than 5 business days after receipt to notify us of the damage.
If the box is damaged upon arrival, please refuse acceptance and contact
us immediately.
Any packages received by GeminiDiamonds.com that has been packaged inappropriately, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Merchandise can not be accepted for return if damaged, worn or altered in any way and must bare the original unbroken tag affixed to the item. Special orders are not returnable.
Please note, that we offer our return policy as a service to ensure that you make the right choice. However, due to the expense, we do not allow comparison purchasing, whereby several items are purchased for comparison and then all items are returned except the one you like best.
GeminiDiamonds.com offers only genuine gold, platinum, silver, diamonds
and gemstones as outlined in the detail section of every product. Please
note that Diamond carats total weight (ctw), may vary up to .05 carats
of the listed "carats total weight".
It is generally accepted that different types of colored precious and semi-precious gemstones are treated or enhanced to intensify color, diminish imperfections, and improve overall quality. Heating and chemical treatment are the two most common gemstone enhancement processes. Where applicable, product descriptions include information on the treatment method used. Should you have any further questions or concerns regarding diamonds, gemstones, precious metals or our products, please feel free to contact us.
GeminiDiamonds.com makes every effort to maintain an accurate and up to
date online catalogue. In the unlikely event we have posted an item that
is not "in stock", you will be notified as soon as possible of
the discrepancy. In order to display our products in as much detail as
possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than actual size.
The screen resolution of your computer will also affect the appearance
of product photos.
We will certify engagement ring center stones (EGL or IGI) at your request
for an additional fee (actual fee will depend on the stone). Please specify
your preference for certification in the "Special Instruction"
area during the product checkout process. An additional 5 - 7 business
days must be allowed for diamond certification. We do not have a policy
of using certified diamonds for finished goods.
We charge 8.75% sales tax on the full value of the order (shipping &
handling included) to addresses within the state of New York only. All
addresses outside of New York State will not be charged any sales tax.
